Battery control app not connecting

The MuscleGrid battery app (BMS control) is unlocked only AFTER the customer registers the product warranty and uploads the product photo at musclegrid.in/warranty. To connect:

  1. Complete warranty registration first.
  2. Turn on the battery and keep the phone within Bluetooth range.
  3. Enable Bluetooth and location on the phone.
  4. If it still won't pair, restart the app and the battery. Escalate if pairing keeps failing.
